Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik okragly na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na róznego rodzaju salatki, ryby i inne przetwory spozywcze. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku aksonometrycznym od spodu, fig. 3 - pojemnik w przekroju wzdluznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, w odniesieniu do znanych pojemników tego typu, przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, ma on ksztalt stozka scietego, nieprzelotowego, w którym zamkniecie stanowi dno pojemnika, równiez w ksztalcie stozka scietego przelotowego, zamknietego, przy czy stozek tworzacy dno pojemnika jest odwrócony do poprzedniego, stanowiacego powierzchnie zewnetrzna pojemnika. Ponadto pojemnik ma pokrywke z zaznaczonym elementem ulatwiajacym jego otwarcie. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a side view, Fig. 2 - an axonometric view from the bottom, and Fig. 3 - a longitudinal cross-section of the container. The essential features of the industrial design, in relation to known containers of this type, are manifest in its shape: it has the shape of a truncated, closed cone, in which the closure is formed by the bottom of the container, and also in the shape of a truncated, closed cone, where the cone forming the bottom of the container is inverted to the previous cone, which constitutes the outer surface of the container.
