-1 - Pojemnik z pokrywka na produkty spozywcze Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywka na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie, zwlaszcza jako opakowanie róznego rodzaju salatek, ryb i ich przetworów oraz innych takich jak produkty mleczne i przetwory miesne. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik bez pokrywki w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przejawiaja sie w nowym oryginalnym ksztalcie pojemnika jako calosci. Pojemnik ten ogólnym ksztaltem przypomina lódke, majaca w przekroju wzdluznym ksztalt elipsy, której obwód zmniejsza sie plynnie od góry pojemnika w kierunku jego dna. Ponadto tworzaca pojemnika, laczaca dno pojemnika z plaszczyzna jego zamykania, ma na dwóch powierzchniach czolowych, charakterystyczne, ksztaltowe wytloczenia, w ksztalcie stylizowanych, odwróconych liter „V" , przy czym jedna z liter umieszczona jest symetrycznie w drugiej. Dodatkowo pokrywka pojemnika ma charakterystyczny, lukowy uchwyt, umieszczony asymetryczne w czesci przedniej pojemnika.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2. PL PL-1 - Container with a Lid for Food Products. The subject of the industrial design is a container with a lid for food products, commonly used, particularly as packaging for various types of salads, fish and fish products, and other products such as dairy products and meat products. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective side view, and Fig. 2 shows the container without the lid in a top view. The essential features of the design are manifested in the new, original shape of the container as a whole. This container generally resembles a boat, with an ellipse in longitudinal cross-section, the circumference of which decreases smoothly from the top of the container towards the bottom. Moreover, the container forming part, connecting the container bottom with the surface of its closing, has on two front surfaces characteristic, shaped embossments in the shape of stylized, inverted "V" letters, with one of the letters placed symmetrically in the other. Additionally, the container lid has a characteristic, arched handle placed asymmetrically in the front part of the container.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2. PL PL
