Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakretka do pojemnika przeznaczonego do stosowania jako opakowanie na srodki kosmetyczne lub pielegnacyjne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac nakretki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia nakretke zamknieta w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - nakretke otwarta w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 - nakretke zamknieta i otwarta w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - nakretke w przekroju wzdluznym, fig. 5 - nakretke zamknieta i otwarta w widoku z dolu. Nakretka ma ksztalt odwróconego scietego walca, którego powierzchnia górna jest otwierana i stanowi pokrywe. Pokrywa posiada kolnierz, który z jednej strony jest zamocowany do powierzchni bocznej nakretki. Kolnierz z drugiej strony zamocowania posiada plaska plaszczyzne w dolnej czesci elipsowata stanowiaca zaczep. Pokrywa wewnatrz w srodku ma wypuklenie tworzace sciety walec. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna pokrywy jest plaska posiadajaca w srodku okrag o srednicy wypuklenia. Nakretka na górnej powierzchni w srodku posiada wypuklenie o ksztalcie scietego ukosnie walca, przy czym powierzchnia wyzsza scietego walca jest wywinieta na zewnatrz. Srednica wewnetrzna uwypuklenia jest dopasowana do srednicy wypuklenia w pokrywie. Wewnetrzna powierzchnia nakretki ma gwint. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia boczna ma szereg waskich wzdluz osiowych prostolinijnych wglebien. Wysokosc pokrywy stanowi okolo jednej trzeciej wysokosci nakretki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Nakretka ma ksztalt odwróconego scietego walca, którego powierzchnia górna jest otwierana i stanowi pokrywe. 2. Pokrywa posiada kolnierz, który z jednej strony jest zamocowany do powierzchni bocznej nakretki. 3. Kolnierz z drugiej strony zamocowania posiada plaska plaszczyzne w dolnej czesci elipsowata stanowiaca zaczep. 4. Pokrywa wewnatrz w srodku ma wypuklenie tworzace sciety walec. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna pokrywy jest plaska posiadajaca w srodku okrag o srednicy wypuklenia. 5. Nakretka na górnej powierzchni w srodku posiada wypuklenie o ksztalcie scietego ukosnie walca, przy czym powierzchnia wyzsza scietego walca jest wywinieta na zewnatrz. 6. Srednica wewnetrzna uwypuklenia jest dopasowana do srednicy wypuklenia w pokrywie. 7. Wewnetrzna powierzchnia nakretki ma gwint. 8. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia boczna ma szereg waskich wzdluz osiowych prostolinijnych wglebien. 9. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the cap, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes and surface shaping. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: fig. 1 shows a closed cap in a general view, fig. 2 - an open cap in a general view, fig. 3 - a closed and open cap in a front view, fig. 4 - a cap in longitudinal section, fig. 5 - a closed and open cap in a bottom view. The cap has the shape of an inverted truncated cylinder, the upper surface of which is opened and forms a cover. The cover has a collar, which is attached to the side surface of the cap on one side. The collar on the other side of the attachment has a flat, elliptical plane in the lower part constituting a catch. The cover has a convexity inside in the middle, creating a truncated cylinder. The outer surface of the cover is flat, having a circle in the middle with the diameter of the convexity. The nut on the upper surface has a convexity in the middle in the shape of a cylinder truncated diagonally, with the higher surface of the truncated cylinder being turned outwards. The inner diameter of the convexity is matched to the diameter of the convexity in the cover. The inner surface of the nut has a thread. The outer side surface has a series of narrow rectilinear recesses along the axial lines. The height of the cover is about one third of the height of the nut.
