Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywka przeznaczony do stosowania jako opakowanie na masci, w szczególnosci wazeline. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pojemnika nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku ogólnym z góry, fig. 2 - pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku ogólnym z dolu, fig. 3 - pojemnik z pokrywka w przekroju wzdluznym, fig. 4 - pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku z góry. Pojemnik ma ksztalt walca, który w dolnej czesci jest zaokraglony. Dno pojemnika posiada wypustke która tworzy okrag. Powierzchnia utworzonego kola posiada wybranie tworzace stozek, które przechodzi mniejsze kolo. Pokrywka ma ksztalt walca, której wysokosc stanowi okolo jednej trzeciej wysokosci pojemnika. Srednica wewnetrzna pokrywki jest dopasowana srednicy zewnetrznej pojemnika. Górna powierzchnia pokrywki posiada wybranie tworzace kolnierz. Nad kolnierzem jest wypuklenie tworzace walec. Powierzchnia utworzonego kola posiada wybranie tworzace stozek, które przechodzi mniejsze kolo. 4. Pokrywka ma ksztalt walca, której wysokosc stanowi okolo jednej trzeciej wysokosci pojemnika. 5. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterizing form of the container, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes and surface shaping. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: fig. 1 shows a container with a lid in a general view from above, fig. 2 - a container with a lid in a general view from below, fig. 3 - a container with a lid in a longitudinal section, fig. 4 - a container with a lid in a top view. The container has the shape of a cylinder, which is rounded in the lower part. The bottom of the container has a projection that forms a circle. The surface of the formed circle has a recess forming a cone, which passes through a smaller circle. The lid has the shape of a cylinder, the height of which is about one third of the height of the container. The inner diameter of the lid is matched to the outer diameter of the container. The upper surface of the lid has a recess forming a collar. Above the collar is a convexity forming a cylinder. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
