Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie do plynnych srodków zmywajacych takich jak lakier do paznokci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - butelke w przekroju wzdluznym. Butelka ma ksztalt walca, którego wysokosc jest okolo trzy razy wieksza niz srednica walca. Na wysokosci okolo 65% od dolu butelka ma wybranie tworzace kolnierz. Kolnierz przechodzi w powierzchnie sferyczna, nad która znajduje sie szyjka wlewowa zaopatrzona w gwint. Kolnierz wraz z powierzchnia sferyczna i szyjka stanowia okolo 35% wysokosci butelki. W dolnej czesci butelka ma zaokraglenie. Dno butelki ma ksztalt kola. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of the design is the bottle's new and unique form, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a top view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a bottom view, Fig. 5 - the bottle in longitudinal cross-section. The bottle has a cylindrical shape, the height of which is approximately three times greater than the diameter of the cylinder. At a height of approximately 65% from the bottom, the bottle has a recess forming a collar. The collar merges into a spherical surface, above which is a threaded filler neck. The collar, together with the spherical surface, and the neck constitute approximately 35% of the bottle's height. The bottle is rounded at the bottom. The bottle's bottom is circular.
