Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracjach fig. 1 i fig. 1a, na- tomiast fig. 2 i fig. 2a – przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Przy czym, na ilustracjach fig. 1 i fig. 2 – wzór i jego odmiana pokazane sa w widoku z przodu, natomiast na ilustracjach fig. 1a i fig. 2a – wzór i jego odmiane pokazano w widoku z boku. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 1a, while fig. 2 and fig. 2a – present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. Whereas in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 2 – the design and its variant are shown in a front view, while in illustrations fig. 1a and fig. 2a – the design and its variant are shown in a side view. List of variants of the industrial design: 1) bottle – fig. 1 and fig. 1a, 2) flattened bottle – fig. 2 and fig. 2a. A feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a – a bottle – is that: – the neck of the bottle is similar in shape to an elongated cone cut off at the top, and in its upper part a substantially cylindrical, threaded part of the bottle is visible. Whereas, the essential feature of the industrial design presented in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a – the bottle – is that: – the neck, through a funnel-like expansion, passes into a sort of half-bowl, crowning and passing through a slight recess visible around the circumference of the bottle, into the main body of the bottle, wherein – the main, elongated part of the bottle body – in cross-section resembles a circle, the cross-section of which in the upper part of the bottle body is slightly larger than in the lower part; – the lower part of the body, through a slight grooved circumferential depression, passes into the lowest part of the bottle, which similarly – in cross-section resembles a circle, with this cross-section gradually decreasing towards the bottom of the bottle and through another – similar grooved circumferential depression passes into the bottom of the bottle; – on the surface of the essentially central-lower part of the body of the bottle, above the circumferential grooved depression, there is a visible decorative motif in the form of a pattern, made up of fanciful essentially vertical, wavy lines, creating a concave-convex surface as a result. The spatial form of the pattern is applied for protection without designating colours. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustrations Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a – a flattened bottle – are all the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, describing the bottle, while the essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustrations Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a – a flattened bottle – is that: – the neck, through a funnel-like expansion, passes into a slightly flattened half-bowl; – the main, elongated part of the bottle body – in cross-section it resembles an oval, the cross-section of which in the upper part of the bottle body is larger than in the lower part; – the lowest part of the bottle, similarly – in cross-section resembles an oval, with the cross-section gradually decreasing towards the bottom of the bottle.
