Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego butelki jest jej nowa postac przejawiaja- ca sie w jej ksztalcie, liniach, ornamencie, elementach ozdobnych i nowej konstrukcji. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac butelki, która charakteryzuje sie indywi- dualnym ksztaltem oraz ozdobnymi estetycznymi wzorami powierzchni korpusu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na zalaczonych rysunkach sche- matycznych, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke widoku z boku, a fig. 2 w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma korpus o ksztalcie walka z obwodowym przewezeniem w srodkowej czesci, a dno butelki ma ksztalt czaszy z okragla wneka przypominajaca ostroslup natomiast od góry korpus przechodzi w szyjke o ksztalcie walca zakonczona kolnierzem z gwintem, przy czym dolna i górna czesc korpusu lagodnym promieniem przechodzi w wezsza czesc srodkowa korpusu. Dolna i górna czesc korpusu ma ozdobna powierzchnie z wklesnieciami o ksztalcie w przekroju poprzecz- nym przypominajacym szesciokat wpisany w okrag, zas srodkowa czesc korpusu jest waska i gladka i przechodzi w górna czesc identyczna jak dolna czesc korpusu. Butelka moze byc wykonana z two- rzywa sztucznego lub szkla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Cechami istotnymi butelki, które wyrózniaja ja od innych butelek jest nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, konstrukcji i ornamentacji. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma korpus o ksztalcie walka z obwodowym przewezeniem w srodkowej czesci a dno butelki ma ksztalt czaszy z okragla wneka przypominajaca ostroslup. Natomiast od góry korpus butelki przechodzi w szyjke o ksztalcie walca z kolnierzem i zakonczona gwintem, przy czym dolna i górna czesc korpusu lagodnym promieniem przechodzi w wezsza czesc srodkowa korpusu. Dolna i górna czesc korpusu ma ozdobna powierzch- nie z wklesnieciami o ksztalcie w przekroju poprzecznym przypominajacym szesciokat wpisany w okrag, zas srodkowa czesc korpusu jest waska i gladka i przechodzi w górna czesc identyczna jak dolna czesc korpusu. The new and original features of the industrial design of the bottle are its new form, manifested in its shape, lines, ornament, decorative elements and new construction. The subject of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, which is characterized by an individual shape and decorative aesthetic patterns of the body surface. The bottle according to the industrial design has been presented in the attached schematic drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side view, and Fig. 2 in the bottom view. The bottle according to the model has a cylinder-shaped body with a circumferential narrowing in the middle part, and the bottom of the bottle has the shape of a bowl with a round recess resembling a pyramid, while from the top the body passes into a cylinder-shaped neck finished with a threaded collar, whereby the lower and upper parts of the body pass with a gentle radius into the narrower central part of the body. The lower and upper parts of the body have a decorative surface with concavities in the shape in cross-section resembling a hexagon inscribed in a circle, while the central part of the body is narrow and smooth and passes into the upper part identical to the lower part of the body. The essential features of the bottle, which distinguish it from other bottles, are a new form manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, construction and ornamentation. The bottle according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has a cylinder-shaped body with a circumferential narrowing in the middle part and the bottom of the bottle has the shape of a bowl with a round recess resembling a pyramid.
