Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca w konfekcjonowaniu róznorodnych wyrobów kosmetycznych. Sa to perfumy oraz inne produkty perfumeryjne, takie jak: wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, wody toaletowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wytwarzana w sposób przemyslowy lub rze- mieslniczy ze szkla. Moze tez byc wytwarzana z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, natomiast fig. 2 – uwidacznia butelke w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 3 – ilustrujacej butelke w widoku ogólnym z przodu. Górna, ukosnie nachylona powierzchnia przechodzi w czesci srodkowej w pozioma powierzchnie, ta zas w nagwintowana szyjke. Pomiedzy nadlewem stanowiacym gwint a pozioma powierzchnia jest usytuowany obwodowy pierscien. Dolna powierzchnia butelki posrodku przechodzi we wklesle dno. These include perfumes and other perfumery products, such as floral waters, colognes, and toilet waters. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is manufactured industrially or by hand from glass. It can also be made from plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective front view, while Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the bottom. The subject of the design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, which illustrates the bottle in a general front view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached illustrations include that the bottle has a cylindrical container section, closed at the top and bottom by surfaces inclined diagonally to the ground. The upper, diagonally inclined surface transitions in the middle into a horizontal surface, which in turn transitions into a threaded neck. A circumferential ring is located between the threaded boss and the horizontal surface. The lower surface of the bottle transitions in the middle into a concave bottom.
