PL 23352 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, posiadajaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych produktów spozywczych, a zwlaszcza octu winnego i octu jablkowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztal- cie i ukladzie linii. Butelka posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt prze- strzenny. Butelka jest przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku, na który fig. 1, przedstawia butelke w wido- ku z góry, a fig. 2 widok dna butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka ma ksztalt korpusu o cylindrycznym zarysie i zaokraglonym dolnym obrzezu zamknie- tym lekko wkleslym dnem posiadajacym ryfle na obrzezu wkleslosci. Srodkowa czesc cylindra stanowi delikatnie zaznaczone pole etykietowe. Pole etykietowe przechodzi lagodnym wypuklym lukiem w piers butelki, która lagodnym wkleslym lukiem przechodzi w stozkowa szyjke. Wysokosc szyjki to w przyblizeniu ¼ wysokosci calej butelki i szyjka zakonczona jest glówka z pierscieniem stabilizujacym nakretke oraz z gwintem. Okragly otwór wylotowy szyjki ma srednice mniejsza niz, polowa srednicy podstawy butelki. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle has a unique surface shape that creates an original spatial effect. The bottle is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from above, and Fig. 2 shows the bottom of the bottle. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The bottle has a cylindrical body shape with a rounded lower rim, closed by a slightly concave bottom with grooves on the edge of the concavity. The central part of the cylinder constitutes a subtly marked label area. The label field flows into the bottle's body in a gentle convex arc, which flows into the conical neck in a gentle concave arc. The neck height is approximately ¼ of the entire bottle's height, and the neck ends with a head with a ring stabilizing the cap and thread.
