PL 23410 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka zwlaszcza do napojów. Wzór butelki jest nowa postacia wytworu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter i nowe cechy postaciowe. Butelka posiada postac cienko-sciennego naczynia w podstawowej czesci o ksztalcie walcowatym z plaska stopka lekko wklesla do srodka, z górna szyjka stozkowa (walcowata) laczaca sie z wlewem. Posiadajaca zewnetrzny kolnierz, gwint oraz na górze zamkniecie nakretka dwu zwojowa. The design of the bottle is a new form of a product with an individual character and new character traits. Between the lower cylindrical part and the neck there is a transitional spherical part.
