Wytwór jest opakowaniem przeznaczonym zwlaszcza do napojów, wystepujacym w postaci cienkosciennego naczynia, o zróznicowanym ksztalcie wzdluz wysokosci butelki i z ornamentacja na czesci jego powierzchni, z wielonózkowa ksztaltowa stopka, a w górnej czesci z zewnetrznym kolnierzem przy wlewie i z zamknieciem nakretka na górze butelki. The bottle design is a new form of the product, possessing a unique character and new visual features. The new shape and contour lines of the elements forming the product's external surface positively impact its aesthetics and functional characteristics. The product is a thin-walled container, designed primarily for beverages, in the form of a varied shape along the bottle's height and with ornamentation on part of its surface, a multi-pronged shaped foot, an external flange at the filler neck, and a screw-on closure at the top of the bottle. The industrial design of the bottle, in parallel view, is shown in the attached drawing. Essential features of an industrial design A bottle, especially for beverages, with individually shaped figure features, characterized by the fact that it is a solid of revolution, wherein the shape of the main part of the bottle consists of, starting from its shaped foot, a lower part with a height of approximately one third of the height of the bottle, having a shape similar to a truncated cone, the lower, larger base of which is located at the foot of the bottle and the side surface of this truncated cone is slightly convex, wherein on the side surface of this part there are three wavy, shallow, circumferential grooves, wherein the first of them - the lower one - is located just above the foot, the middle groove is located at half the height of the lower part of the bottle, and the third groove, the highest one, borders the second, middle part of the bottle, in the shape of a cylinder, on the side surface of which there are three horizontal, circumferential grooves, evenly distributed along the height of this cylinder, the height of which is approximately one fifth of the height of the bottle, and the next, highest part of the bottle has the shape of half a sphere with a diameter corresponding to the greater base of the truncated cone of the lower part of the bottle, and between the central part of the bottle and its highest part, there is a transition part, shaped like a section of a sphere, the diameter of which is approximately two-thirds of the diameter of the upper part in the shape of a hemisphere, and in addition, on the upper part of the surface of the highest spherical part of the bottle there is ornamentation resembling several plant leaves, the petioles of which are situated at the neck of the filler, near the collar of the bottle.
