Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do przechowywania w niej zwlaszcza plynnych artykulów spozywczych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1 oraz fig. 1 a, przy czym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 1 a - przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 1 a - butelki - jest to, ze: — jej korpus, tj. dolna czesc, posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole ozdobiony jest niewielkim, pierscieniowym wyoblaniem, a jego krawedzie - przy polaczeniu z podstawa - sa lekko zaokraglone, natomiast równoczesnie — górna czesc korpusu butelki ozdobiona jest nieco podobnym do opisanego wyzej, pierscieniowym wyoblaniem, tak ze w efekcie powierzchnia korpusu w czesci dolnej i górnej korpusu, jest nieznacznie szersza niz czesc srodkowa korpusu; — górne pierscieniowate wyoblanie przechodzi w lejkowato zwezajacy sie element, polaczony z szyjka butelki, przy czym — szyjke butelki stanowi element przypominajacy stozek sciety, przy czym — górna czesc szyjki zakonczona jest walcowatym elementem, którego przekrój odpowiada górnej srednicy stozka; — na walcowatym elemencie widoczny jest plaski nadlew, tworzacy niejako obwodowy kolnierz, ponad którym znajduje sie takze walcowaty element.Fig. 1 Fig. 1a PLThe industrial design is a bottle, intended primarily for storing liquid foodstuffs. The industrial design sought for protection is shown in Figures 1 and 1a, with Figure 1 showing the bottle from a side view and Figure 1a showing the bottle from a perspective view. The design is sought for protection in its three-dimensional form, without any color designation. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a - a bottle - is that: — its body, i.e. the lower part, has the shape of a cylinder, which is decorated with a small, annular rounding at the bottom, and its edges - at the connection with the base - are slightly rounded, while at the same time — the upper part of the bottle body is decorated with an annular rounding somewhat similar to the one described above, so that, as a result, the surface of the body in the lower and upper parts of the body is slightly wider than the central part of the body; — the upper annular rounding turns into a funnel-like tapering element connected to the neck of the bottle, wherein — the neck of the bottle is an element resembling a truncated cone, wherein — the upper part of the neck ends with a cylindrical element the cross-section of which corresponds to the upper diameter of the cone; — on the cylindrical element there is a visible flat overhang, forming a sort of circumferential flange, above which there is also a cylindrical element.
