Karafka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karafka do przechowywania plynnych produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza alkoholu, korzystnie wykonana ze szkla. Carafe The object of the industrial design is a carafe for storing liquid food products, especially alcohol, preferably made of glass.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac karafki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz materiale, z którego zostala wykonana. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the decanter, which is reflected in its shape and the material from which it was made.

Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia karafke w widoku z boku; fig. 2 - ta sama karafke w widoku od spodu; fig. 3 - ta sama karafke w widoku z góry. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the decanter in a side view; Fig. 2 shows the same decanter in a bottom view; Figure 3 shows the same decanter in top view.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Karafka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma ksztalt walca o duzej srednicy zamknietego u dolu, zwezajacego sie - w okolo polowie wysokosci karafki - stozkowo ku górze, a nastepnie nieznacznie rozszerzajacego sie, tworzac w ten sposób szyjke karafki. Szyjka jest u góry zaopatrzona w okragly otwór wylotowy o znacznie mniejszej srednicy, niz podstawa karafki, natomiast o nieco wiekszej srednicy niz srednica szyjki w najwezszym miejscu. U góry, wokól otworu wylotowego, zewnetrzne obrzeze szyjki karafki jest zaopatrzone w zgrubienie.Karafka jest wyposazona w grube scianki i korzystnie jest wykonana ze szkla potasowego wysokiej jakosci.FIG . 1FIG . 2 FIG. 3Important features of the industrial design: The carafe shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 has the shape of a cylinder with a large diameter closed at the bottom, tapering - about half the height of the decanter - conically upwards, and then slightly widening, thus forming the neck of the decanter . The neck is provided with a circular outlet at the top, with a much smaller diameter than the base of the decanter, and slightly larger than the diameter of the neck at its narrowest point.
