Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których : fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2. przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3. przedstawia butelke w widoku ukosnym z góry, Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i ma ksztalt walca eliptycznego, w którym w obszarze o malym promieniu krzywizny, dokonano wybrania materialu. Wybranie to jest najwieksze w okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki. Natomiast w obszarze o duzym promieniu krzywizny, dokonano takze wybrania materialu, tworzac w górnej czesci butelki, lukowate wglebienie, a w dolnej czesci, wglebienie równoodlegle od podstawy butelki. Zwienczeniem butelki jest powierzchnia zblizona do sferycznej, zakonczona gwintowanym klasycznym otworem wlewowym. iCECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma ksztalt walca eliptycznego w którym w obszarze o malym promieniu krzywizny, dokonano wybrania materialu. Natomiast w obszarze o duzym promieniu krzywizny dokonano takze wybrania materialu, tworzac w górnej czesci butelki, lukowate wglebienie, a w dolnej czesci, wglebienie równoodlegle od podstawy butelki. Zwienczeniem butelki, jest powierzchnia zblizona do sferycznej, zakonczona gwintowanym klasycznym otworem wlewowym. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its overall shape, line arrangement, and rounded wall edges, which give it a unique character. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view; Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view; Fig. 3 shows the bottle in an oblique view from above. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made of plastic and has the shape of an elliptical cylinder, in which a recess of material has been made in the area with a small radius of curvature. This recess is largest at approximately 2/3 of the bottle's height. In the area with a large radius of curvature, material was also removed, creating an arcuate recess in the upper part of the bottle, and in the lower part, a recess equidistant from the base of the bottle. The bottle's crown is a nearly spherical surface, terminating in a threaded, classic filler opening.
