Butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus o postaci zblizonej do klepsydry, w podstawie wyposazona jest w wypusty, a u góry w krótka szyjke zakonczona glówka z gwintem, na której osadzona jest zakretka. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jednej czwartej wysokosci - patrzac od podstawy - posiada ozdobne poziome wyzlobienia, które wienczy wklesniety pierscien, powyzej którego w trzech czwartych swojej wysokosci butelka ma ksztalt zblizony do klepsydry zaokraglonej w górnej czesci korpusu i posiadajacej ornamentacje w postaci cienkich ukosnych wyzlobien. The bottle, which is the subject of the industrial design, has an hourglass-like body, is equipped with projections in the base, and at the top with a short neck, a head with a thread, on which a cap is mounted. The bottle is characterized by the fact that in a quarter of its height - as seen from the base - it has decorative horizontal embossings, which are crowned with a concave ring, above which, three-quarters of its height, the bottle has a shape similar to a rounded hourglass in the upper part of the body and has ornaments in the form of thin oblique embossed.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku - fig.l. Fig. 2 przedstawia widok butelki z góry, a fig. 3 widok butelki z dolu. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing - fig. 1. Fig. 2 is a top view of the bottle and Fig. 3 is a bottom view of the bottle.
