- 1 - Kubek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek. Kubek charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana mu przez ksztalt i material. Kubek bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest z bialej porcelany i ma ksztalt zblizony do walca, który najszerszy obwód posiada u góry i zweza sie ku dolowi, przy podstawie osiagajac obwód najwezszy. Kubek posiada uchwyt, tzw. ucho o charakterystycznym ksztalcie. Ucho ma ksztalt splaszczony, podobny do wstazki, w górnej czesci ucho siega brzegu kubka i jest najszersze, a nastepnie zweza sie ku dolowi i na dole zakonczone jest owalnie. Ucho wyprofilowane jest w charakterystyczny sposób : od góry ku dolowi przez 1 / 4 swojej dlugosci kieruje sie przechylone pod niewielkim katem w bok na lewa strone a nastepnie na 1 / 4 swojej dlugosci przechylone jest w bok w przeciwna strone, w prawo. The mug is characterized by a new and individual form, given to it by its shape and material. The mug, which is the subject of the industrial design, is made of white porcelain and has a cylindrical shape, with its widest circumference at the top and tapering downwards, reaching its narrowest circumference at the base. The mug has a handle, a handle with a characteristic shape. The handle has a flattened, ribbon-like shape. At the top, the handle reaches the rim of the mug and is at its widest, then tapers downwards, ending in an oval shape at the bottom. The handle is profiled in a characteristic way: from top to bottom, it tilts at a slight angle to the left for 1/4 of its length, and then tilts sideways to the opposite side, to the right, for 1/4 of its length.
