Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem, przeznaczona do przechowywania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych, przy czym zamkniecie moze pelnic role kieliszka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi ja nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, przy czym butelka ma obrys splaszczonej, odwróconej i odcietej czesciowo u dolu gruszki z wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedzia podstawy, z wyprowadzona u góry cylindryczna szyjka z gwintem, a zamkniecie ma obrys bryly drazonej w postaci scietego stozka z pofalowana wzdluz tworzacych pobocznica, a ponadto bryla butelki na wysokosci okolo jednej trzeciej od podstawy posiada obwodowy uskok poszerzajacy jej dolna czesc. The essence of the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it is a new form of a bottle with a closure manifested in the shape, the bottle has the outline of a flattened, inverted and partially cut at the bottom of a pear with the edge of the base turned outwards, with a cylindrical neck with a thread at the top, and the closure has the contour of a hollow body in the form of a truncated cone with undulations along forming the sidewall, and moreover, the bottle body at a height of about one third from the base has a circumferential step extending its lower part. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view in perspective, fig. 2 in a side view, fig. 3 in a view and in perspective, the closure and the neck below, and fig. 4 the same elements in section. axial. The side surface is wavy along the height of the cone, and the closure itself may act as a glass.
