Szklanka, zwlaszcza do napojów Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szklanka, zwlaszcza do napojów, która moze byc wykorzystywana do spozywania napojów chlodzacych, napojów alkoholowych i wielu innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Szklanka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.l - pokazujacej szklanke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.2 - ilustruje szklanke w przekroju poprzecznym, zas fig.3 - uwidacznia szklanke w widoku od spodu. Jej dno 1 jest pogrubione. Pogrubiona jest równiez od wewnatrz,ku dolowi scianka 2. W pogrubionym dnie 1 od strony zewnetrznej znajduje sie wglebienie 3, które ma zarys prostokata. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The glass, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the glass in a perspective view, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 2 illustrates the glass in cross-section, while Fig. 3 shows the glass from below. The glass, particularly for beverages, in accordance with the industrial design may be made of glass or plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and in the drawings, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, include that the glass resembles a cylinder open at the top. Its bottom 1 is thickened. The wall 2 is also thickened from the inside, downwards. The thickened bottom 1 has a recess 3 on the outside, which has a rectangular outline.
