Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szklanka zwlaszcza do napojów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, przedstawiajacym szklanke w pólprzekroju pionowym i pólwidoku, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawiaja dwie je j odmiany. Szklanka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiona na rys.l, ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt odwróconego stozka scietego i pogrubione dno, przy czym linia boczna szklanki, na wysokosci dna, lagodnym lukiem rozszerza sie. Zewnetrzna srednica brzegu szklanki jest 1,21 razy wieksza od zewnetrznej srednicy jej dna, którego grubosc jest ok. 4,3 razy mniejsza od najmniejszej srednicy szklanki. Natomiast srednica zewnetrzna brzegu szklanki jest 2,30 razy mniejsza od je j calkowitej wysokosci. Odmiana szklanki, przedstawiona na rys. 2, ma ksztalt taki jak szklanka przedstawiona na rys. 1, ale rózni sie pojemnoscia. Szklanka ta ma takze pogrubione dno i w przyblizeniu ksztalt odwróconego stozka scietego, którego linia boczna, na wysokosci dna, lagodnym lukiem rozszerza sie. Zewnetrzna srednica brzegu szklanki jest 1,23 razy wieksza od zewnetrznej srednicy jej dna, którego grubosc jest ok. 5 razy mniejsza od najmniejszej srednicy szklanki. Natomiast srednica zewnetrzna brzegu szklanki jest 2,37 razy mniejsza od jej calkowitej wysokosci. The object of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, which shows a glass in a half-section and a half-view, in which fig. 1 and fig. 2 show two of them. The glass according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, has approximately the shape of an inverted truncated cone and a thickened bottom, with the side line of the glass widening in a gentle arc at the height of the bottom. The outer diameter of the rim of the glass is 1.21 times larger than the outer diameter of its bottom, which is approximately 4.3 times smaller than the smallest diameter of the glass. On the other hand, the outer diameter of the glass is 2.30 times smaller than its total height. The variation of the glass shown in Fig. 2 has the shape of the glass shown in Fig. 1, but with a different capacity. This glass also has a thickened bottom and approximately the shape of an inverted truncated cone, the side line of which, at the height of the bottom, widens with a gentle arc. The outer diameter of the rim of the glass is 1.23 times greater than the outer diameter of the bottom, which is approximately 5 times smaller than the smallest diameter of the glass. On the other hand, the outer diameter of the glass is 2.37 times smaller than its total height. Important features of the industrial design The glass according to the first version is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of an inverted truncated cone with a lateral line at the height of the bottom, slightly widening and has a thickened bottom, with the outer diameter of the glass being approx. the diameter of its bottom, the thickness of which is approx. 4.3 times smaller than the smallest diameter of the glass, and the outer diameter of the rim of the glass is approx. 2.30 times smaller than its total height - as shown in the attached figure, fig. 1. characterized by the fact that it has the shape of an inverted cone with a lateral line, at the height of the bottom, slightly widening and has a thickened bottom, the outer diameter of the glass rim being about 1.23 times greater than the outer diameter of its bottom, the thickness of which is approx. 5 times smaller than the smallest diameter of the glass, and the outer diameter of the rim of the glass is approximately 2.37 times smaller than its total height - as shown in in the attached drawing fig. 2. 1 Fig. 2 PL
