Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic goals, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu o splaszczonych krótszych bokach, gdzie czolowa sciana i tylna sciana maja ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu, którego górna czesc jest lukowo wysklepiona i zakonczona cylindrycznym pierscieniem, na którym spoczywa cylindryczna, gwintowana szyjka, przy czym dno butelki ma wewnetrzna wglebiona czesc o ksztalcie zblizonym do owalu obrzezonego owalna, wypukla opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna.
