Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 11 sierpnia 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o dwóch róznych ksztaltach szyjki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka zaopatrzona w walcowe zamkniecie, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus od strony bocznych scian ma ksztalt zblizony do trójkatnej pryzmy i zaopatrzony jest w uchwyt z wyjeciem o ksztalcie ucha, gdzie uchwyt laczy sie z jednej strony z plaska sciana nasady szyjki osadzonej na walcowym pierscieniu, zlozona z polaczonych kolejno ze soba o stozkowatej czesci, walcowej czesci, stozkowatej czesci i walcowej, gwintowanej czesci, a z drugiej strony z dolna,trójkatna czescia butelki, przy czym dno butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonego owalu z wklesla czescia srodkowa obrzezona owalna opaska. Odmiana butelki zaopatrzona w zamkniecie o ksztalcie dozownika, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus od strony bocznych scian ma ksztalt zblizony do trójkatnej pryzmy i zaopatrzony jest w uchwyt z wyjeciem o ksztalcie ucha, gdzie uchwyt laczy sie z jednej strony z plaska sciana nasady szyjki osadzonej na pierscieniu, nad którym jest walcowa, gwintowana czesc, a z drugiej strony z dolna czescia butelki, przy czym dno butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonego owalu z wklesla czescia srodkowa obrzezona owalna opaska. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with two different neck shapes, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. A bottle provided with a cylindrical closure is characterized in that its body on the side walls has a shape similar to a triangular prism and is provided with a handle with an ear-shaped opening, where the handle is connected on one side to the flat wall of the neck base mounted on a cylindrical ring, composed of a conical part, a cylindrical part, a conical part and a cylindrical, threaded part connected in turn, and on the other side to the lower, triangular part of the bottle, wherein the bottom of the bottle has the shape of a flattened oval with a concave central part circumscribed by an oval band. A variant of the bottle provided with a dispenser-shaped closure is characterized in that its body on the side walls has a shape similar to a triangular prism and is provided with a handle with an ear-shaped opening, where the handle is connected on one side to the flat wall of the neck base mounted on a ring over which there is a cylindrical, threaded part, and on the other side to the bottom of the bottle, wherein the bottom of the bottle has the shape of a flattened oval with a concave central part edged with an oval band. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows the bottle in a view from one side, fig. 2 shows the bottle in a view from the other side, fig. 3 shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 4 shows the bottle in a back view, fig. 5 shows the upper part of the bottle with a cylindrical cap, fig. 6 shows the neck of the bottle for a cylindrical cap, fig. 7 shows the upper part of the bottle with a cap in the form of a dispenser, fig. 8 shows the neck of the bottle for a cap in the form of a dispenser, fig. 9 shows the bottle in a top view, and fig. 10 shows the bottle in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a cylindrical closure 17, and its body 1 on the side of the side walls 2 and 3 has a shape similar to a triangular prism and is provided with a handle 4 with an ear-shaped opening 5. The handle 4 is connected on one side with a flat wall of the neck base 6 mounted on a cylindrical ring 7, composed of a conical part 8, a cylindrical part 9, a conical part 10 and a cylindrical, threaded part 11 connected in turn, and on the other side with the lower triangular part 12 of the bottle, wherein the bottom 13 of the bottle has the shape of a flattened oval with a concave central part 14 edged with an oval band 15. A variant of the bottle provided with a cylindrical closure the dispenser has a body 1, which from the side walls 2 and 3 has a shape similar to a triangular prism and is provided with a handle 4 with an ear-shaped opening 5. The handle 4 is connected on one side with a flat wall of the neck base 6 mounted on a ring 7, above which there is a cylindrical, threaded part 16, and on the other side with the lower part of the bottle, wherein the bottom 13 of the bottle has the shape of a flattened oval with a concave central part 14 edged with an oval band 15. Characteristic features of the industrial design 1.
