Butelka z zamknieciem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 05 lipca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono zamkniecie butelki w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono w widoku od czola górnaczesc butelki, fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna, a na fig. 6 - przedstawiono w widoku z góry górna czesc butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zamknieciem ma wrzecionowaty korpus o przekroju owalu, który w czesci srodkowej jest taliowany, a w dolnej czesci jest lukowo wyoblony. Górna czesc butelki ma owalna nasade, na której osadzona jest walcowa szyjka i zamkniecie majace podstawe o lukowo wcietej podstawie, wyposazone w uchylna klapke umieszczona na owalnym zwienczeniu. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle with the closure from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle with the closure from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle closure from the top, Fig. 4 shows the top of the bottle from the front, Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 6 shows the top of the bottle from the top. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a closure has a spindle-shaped body with an oval cross-section, which is waisted in the middle and arched in the lower part. The upper part of the bottle has an oval cap, on which sits a cylindrical neck and a closure with an arched base and a hinged flap located on the oval top. Characteristic features of the industrial design A bottle with a closure, characterized in that its body has a spindle-shaped shape with an oval cross-section, which is waisted in the middle part and arched in the lower part, wherein the upper part of the bottle has an oval cap on which a cylindrical neck and a closure having a base with an indented base are mounted, provided with a hinged flap placed on the oval top, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6.
