Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.3- butelke w widoku z góry, fig.4- butelke w widoku z przodu, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: dno korpusu ma zarys czworoboku, którego boki sa lukowate, a sciany boczne korpusu maja zarysy faliste. Korpus ma odsadzony otok przy podstawie, plaska czesc srodkowa sciany przedniej i tylnej w ksztalcie zarysu stanowiacego polowe cyfry „8" oraz zwezona, wklesnieta czesc górna, zakonczona plaska sciana górna, z której wypietrza sie szyjka butelki. Szyjka ma ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest podcieta od strony przedniej i tylnej, a podciecie, w widoku z boku, ma zarys trapezowy. W czesci górnej szyjki usytuowane sa zwoje gwintu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.5.FIG. 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3FIG. 4 FIG. 5 PL PL The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle in perspective view, Fig. 2 - a bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 - a bottle in a top view, Fig. 4 - a bottle in a front view, and Fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. A bottle according to an industrial design, including a body with a neck, has the following important features: the bottom of the body has a quadrilateral outline, the sides of which are arched, and the side walls of the body have wavy outlines. The body has an offset rim at the base, a flat middle part of the front and back walls in the shape of an outline constituting half the number "8" and a narrowed, concave upper part, ending with a flat upper wall from which the neck of the bottle rises. The neck has the shape of a cylinder, whose side wall it is undercut on the front and rear sides, and the undercut has a trapezoidal outline in the side view.
