Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt, utworzony przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane, które w czesci srodkowej sa lukowo taliowane krzywa tworzaca na bocznych wyoblonych na zewnatrz scianach obwód o zarysie elipsy, która stanowi podstawe sferycznych wybrzuszen. Korpus w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu, a jego wklesle dno ma ksztalt owalu i obrzezone jest eliptyczna opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok tylnej strony butelki, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 13. Korpus butelki i ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt, utworzony przez czolowa sciane 2 i tylna sciane 3, które w czesci srodkowej sa lukowo taliowane krzywa 4 tworzaca na bocznych wyoblonych na zewnatrz scianach 5 i 6 obwód o zarysie elipsy 7, która stanowi podstawe sferycznych wybrzuszen 8 i 9. Korpus 1 w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu 10, a jego wklesle dno H ma ksztalt owalu i obrzezone jest opaska 12. The industrial design registration right is valid from October 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle has a spindle-shaped shape, formed by a front wall and a rear wall, which are arc-shaped in the middle, forming a curve on the side walls, which are rounded on the outside, forming a circumference with an elliptical outline, which forms the basis for the spherical bulges. The body in a top view has an oval shape, and its concave bottom has an oval shape and is edged with an elliptical band. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the view of the front side of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows the view of the back side of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the shape of the bottle bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 13. The body of the bottle has a spindle-shaped shape formed by the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3, which in their central part are arc-shaped with a curve 4 forming a circumference of an ellipse 7 on the side walls 5 and 6, which are rounded outwards, and which constitutes the base of spherical bulges 8 and 9. The body 1 in a top view has an oval shape 10, and its concave bottom H has an oval shape and is edged with a band 12.
