Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a bottle with a closure with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt, utworzony przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane, które w czesci srodkowej sa lukowo taliowane krzywa tworzaca na bocznych wyoblonych na zewnatrz scianach obwód o zarysie elipsy, która stanowi podstawe sferycznych wybrzuszen. Korpus w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu, a jego wklesle dno ma ksztalt owalu i obrzezone jest eliptyczna opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok tylnej strony butelki, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki.
