Butelka z zniknieciem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 12 marca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem. Istote przemyslowego wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z zamknieciem, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, zaopatrzona jest od góry w cylindryczna szyjke i w widoku od czola ma taliowany, rozszerzajacy sie do dolu korpus, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma w górnej i dolnej czesci ksztaltowalu, przy czym na szyjce butelki o ksztalcie cylindra umieszczone sa z dwóch stron wybrzuszone powierzchnie o ksztalcie prostokata i nasadzone jest zamkniecie wysklepione u dolu na ksztalt lukowej powierzchni nasady butelki, które od góry ma ksztalt owalu i ma uchylna klapke o ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych po obu stronach krótszych bokach, natomiast wklesle dno butelki ma ksztalt owalu obrzezonego owalna opaska. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki w widoku od czola, fig. 4 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku z góry, a na fig. 6 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. PL PLThe right to register an industrial design is effective from: 12 March 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle with a closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. A bottle with a closure, according to an industrial design, is provided with a cylindrical neck at the top and, viewed from the front, has a waisted body that widens downwards, which in cross-section is shaped in the upper and lower parts, wherein the neck of the cylindrical bottle has bulging surfaces in the shape of a rectangle on both sides and a closure is placed, arched at the bottom in the shape of the arched surface of the bottle cap, which has an oval shape at the top and has a hinged flap in the shape of a rectangle with rounded shorter sides on both sides, while the concave bottom of the bottle has the shape of an oval edged with an oval band. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a bottle with a closure in a front view, Fig. 2 shows a bottle with a closure in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the upper part of the bottle in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the upper part of the bottle in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle with a closure in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a closure 1 in a front view has a body that is fitted along line 3 and widens downwards, which in cross-section has an oval shape 4 in the upper part and an oval shape 5 in the lower part. The cylindrical neck 6 has bulging rectangular surfaces 7 on both sides. The bottle closure 1 is arched at the bottom and has the shape of an arched surface 8 of the bottle base, and at the top it has the shape of an oval 9 and has a hinged flap 10 in the shape of a rectangle with shorter sides 11 rounded on both sides. The concave bottom 12 of the bottle has the shape of an oval edged with an oval band 13. Characteristic features of the industrial design A bottle with a closure provided with a cylindrical neck at the top, characterized in that in a frontal view the bottle has a body that is fitted along the line (3), widening downwards, which in cross-section has an oval shape in the upper part (4), and in cross-section of the lower part has an oval shape (5), while on the neck (6) of the cylindrical bottle there are bulging surfaces (7) in the shape of a rectangle on both sides and a closure (1) is placed on the bottom, arched in the shape of the arcuate surface (8) of the bottle cap, which has an oval shape at the top (9) and a hinged flap (10) in the shape of a rectangle with shorter sides (H) rounded on both sides, while the concave bottom (12) of the bottle has an oval shape edged with an oval band (13), as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
