Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów.Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki tworzy czolowa sciana i tylna sciana o wrzecionowatym ksztalcie, rozszerzajacym sie od górnej czesci butelki w strone zamkniecia. Krawedzie styku zamkniecia z korpusem maja ksztalt luków, a dolna jego czesc ma plaskie dno o ksztalcie owalu, który w srodkowej czesci ma uchylna klapke o ksztalcie prostokata, którego jeden z boków ma ksztalt luku. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok strony tylnej butelki, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony zamkniecia. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 4. Korpus 1 butelki tworzy czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 o wrzecionowatym ksztalcie, rozszerzajacym sie od górnej czesci butelki w strone zamkniecia 4. Krawedzie styku zamkniecia 4 z korpusem 1 maja ksztalt luków 5, a dolna jego czesc ma plaskie dno 6 o ksztalcie owalu, który w srodkowej czesci 7 ma uchylna klapke 8 o ksztalcie prostokata, którego jeden z boków 9 ma ksztalt luku. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle is formed by a front wall and a back wall with a spindle shape, widening from the top of the bottle towards the closure. The edges of the closure's contact with the body are arc-shaped, and its lower part has a flat, oval-shaped bottom, which in the middle has a hinged rectangular flap, one of the sides of which is arc-shaped. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows the back view of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from above, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the closure side. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is equipped with a closure 4. The body of the bottle 1 is formed by a front wall 2 and a back wall 3 of a spindle shape, widening from the top part of the bottle towards the closure 4. The contact edges of the closure 4 with the body 1 are in the shape of arcs 5, and its lower part has a flat oval bottom 6, which in the central part 7 has a hinged flap 8 in the shape of a rectangle, one of the sides 9 of which is in the shape of an arc.
