Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 10 kwietnia 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z zakretka o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do owalu i splaszczonych dwóch przeciwleglych bokach, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu o splaszczonych dwóch przeciwleglych bokach, a lukowo wyoblona czolowa sciana i lukowo wyoblona tylna sciana maja w górnej czesci wypukle powierzchnie o ksztalcie pólksiezyca, natomiast w dolnej czesci scian sa wypukle, trapezowe opaski, przy czym boczne sciany maja ksztalt taliowanego do wewnatrz prostokata.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry. Czolowa sciana 6 i tylna sciana 7 sa lukowo wyoblone i maja w górnej czesci wypukle powierzchnie 8 i 9 o ksztalcie pólksiezyca, natomiast w dolnej czesci scian 6 i 7 sa wypukle, trapezowe opaski 10 i H , przy czym boczne sciany 12 i 13 maja ksztalt taliowanego do wewnatrz prostokata. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. A bottle with a cap with a cross-section in the shape of a near-oval and two opposite sides flattened is characterized in that its body has a spindle-shaped shape, which in cross-section has a shape near-oval with two opposite sides flattened, and the arched front wall and the arched rear wall have convex surfaces in the shape of a crescent moon in the upper part, while the lower part of the walls has convex, trapezoidal bands, and the side walls have the shape of a rectangle that is fitted inwards. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a top view. As shown in the drawing, a bottle with a cap 1 with a cross-section in the shape of an oval approximating to that of a bottle and two opposite sides flattened has a spindle-shaped body 2, which in cross-section has a shape of an oval approximating to that of a bottle 3 with two opposite sides flattened 4 and 5. The front wall 6 and the rear wall 7 are arched and have in the upper part convex surfaces 8 and 9 in the shape of a crescent, while in the lower part of the walls 6 and 7 there are convex, trapezoidal bands 10 and H, while the side walls 12 and 13 have the shape of a rectangle that is fitted inwards.
