Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 29 listopada 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma wrzecionowaty korpus, na bocznych scianach, którego sa wklesle, owalne powierzchnie polaczone prostokatnymi powierzchniami, laczacymi sie z trapezowymipowierzchniami, przy czym poprzeczny przekrój butelki jest w ksztalcie owalu, natomiast dno ma ksztalt splaszczonego owalu z wklesla owalna czescia srodkowa otoczona od strony lukowych krawedzi, lukowymi pólopaskami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma wrzecionowaty korpus 1, na bocznych scianach 2 i 3 , którego sa wklesle, owalne powierzchnie 4 polaczone prostokatnymi powierzchniami 5, laczacymi sie z trapezowymi powierzchniami 6. Poprzeczny przekrój butelki jest w ksztalcie owalu 7, natomiast dno butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonego owalu 8 z wklesla owalna czescia srodkowa 9 otoczona od strony lukowych krawedzi 10 lukowymi pólopaskami 11. The subject of an industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic goals, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is characterized by the fact that it has a spindle-shaped body, on the side walls of which they are concave, oval surfaces connected by rectangular surfaces, connecting with trapezoidal surfaces, the cross-section of the bottle is in the shape of an oval, while the bottom has the shape of a flattened oval with a concave oval central part surrounded on the side of arched edges by arched half bands. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the bottle is shown in a front view, fig. 2 - the bottle is shown in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle is shown in top view, and in fig. 4 - shows the bottle from the bottom side. As shown in the figure, the bottle has a spindle-shaped body 1, on the side walls 2 and 3 of which are concave, oval surfaces 4 connected by rectangular surfaces 5, connecting with trapezoidal surfaces 6. The cross-section of the bottle is oval-shaped 7, while the bottom of the bottle is shaped like a flat oval 8 with a concave oval central part 9 surrounded on the side of the arched edges by 10 arched half bands 11.
