Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 06 listopada 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki stosowanej do konfekcjonowania plynów uzywanych w gospodarstwach domowych, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawionobutelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma taliowana górna czesc uksztaltowana z jednej strony przez wyoblona lukowo na zewnatrz powierzchnie, natomiast z drugiej strony przez uksztaltowana w formie rekojesci powierzchnie. Dno butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonego od strony krótszych boków owalu i ma wglebiona owalna czesc srodkowa otoczona przez wypukla obwodowa opaske. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of bottle used for packaging liquids used in households, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a fitted upper part shaped on one side by a rounded outer surface, and on the other by a handle-shaped surface. The bottom of the bottle is in the shape of an oval, flattened on the shorter sides, and has a recessed oval central part surrounded by a convex peripheral band. Characteristic features of the industrial design: A bottle characterized in that, in a side view, it has a fitted upper part formed on one side by a surface rounded in an outward arc, and on the other side by a surface shaped in the form of a handle, wherein the outline of the bottom of the bottle is in the shape of an oval, flattened on the shorter sides, and has a recessed oval central part surrounded by a convex peripheral band, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
