Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt utworzony przez czolowa sciane, której boczny zarys ma ksztalt luku o malej krzywiznie i tylna sciane, której boczny zarys ma ksztalt luku o malej krzywiznie, przy czym boczne sciany zwezaja sie w czesci srodkowej, tworzac lukowe krawedzie rozchodzace sie na zewnatrz w poblizu zamkniecia i wkleslego dna o ksztalcie tepo zakonczonego owalu obrzezonego eliptyczna opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok tylnej strony butelki, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 7. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The bottle, as designed, is equipped with a closure. The bottle body has a spindle-shaped shape formed by a front wall, the side contour of which is in the shape of an arc with a slight curvature, and a rear wall, the side contour of which is in the shape of an arc with a slight curvature, the side walls narrowing in the middle, forming arc-shaped edges diverging outwards near the closure, and a concave bottom in the shape of a blunt oval edged with an elliptical band. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the front side of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows a view of the back side of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the shape of the bottle bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 7. The bottle has a spindle-shaped body formed by a front wall 2, the side contour of which is in the shape of an arc with a small curvature, and a rear wall 3, the side contour of which is in the shape of an arc with a small curvature, wherein the side walls 4 and 5 narrow in the middle, forming arc-shaped edges 6 diverging outwards near the closure 7 and a concave bottom 8 in the shape of a blunt oval 9 edged with an elliptical band 10. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle with a closure, characterized in that it has a spindle-shaped body (1) formed by a front wall (2), the side contour of which is in the shape of an arc with a small curvature, and a rear wall (3), the the lateral outline has the shape of an arc with a small curvature, with the side walls (4) and (5) narrowing in the central part, forming arc-shaped edges (6) diverging outwards near the closure (7) and the concave bottom (8) in the shape of a blunt oval (9) edged with an elliptical band (10), as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
