Butelka z zamknieciem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 16 maja 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie z uchylna klapka. Butelka ma wrzecionowaty korpus utworzony przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane o ksztalcie trapezu, którego górna krawedz ma ksztalt luku, przy czym butelka w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt elipsy, a jej dno ma wklesla srodkowa czesc o ksztalcie owalu, obrzezona wypukla opaska. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 2 -przedstawiono widok tylnej strony butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke wraz z zamknieciem w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 1. Korpus 2 butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt utworzony przez czolowa sciane 3 i tylna sciane 4 o ksztalcie trapezu, którego górna krawedz 5 ma ksztalt luku. Butelka w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt elipsy, a dno 6 ma wklesla srodkowa czesc 7 o ksztalcie owalu, obrzezona wypukla opaska 8. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure with a hinged flap. The bottle has a spindle-shaped body formed by a front wall and a trapezoidal rear wall, the upper edge of which is arc-shaped. The bottle cross-section is elliptical, and its bottom has a concave, oval-shaped central part, edged with a convex band. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows a view of the front side of the bottle with a closure, fig. 2 shows a view of the back side of the bottle with a closure, fig. 3 shows the bottle with a closure in a side view, fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, and fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 1. The bottle body 2 has a spindle-shaped shape formed by a front wall 3 and a trapezoidal rear wall 4, the upper edge 5 of which is arc-shaped.
