Butelka z zamknieciem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 19 czerwca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem zaopatrzonym w uchylna klapke. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono górnaczesc butelki w widoku od czola, fig. 4 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku z góry, a na fig. 6 - przedstawiono widok dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zamknieciem ma korpus o wrzecionowatym ksztalcie, który od strony sciany czolowej i sciany tylnej ma lukowo wysklepiona w górnej czesci krawedz. Boczne sciany butelki zaopatrzone sa w ostro zakonczone zebro, wzdluz którego przebiegaja, równolegle do siebie zakonczenia o ksztalcie linii prostych i odchylonych od siebie luków. Dno butelki i korpus w przekroju poprzecznym maja ksztalt owalu. Na cylindrycznej szyjce osadzone jest zamkniecie, którego nasada i górna czesc uchylnej klapki w widoku z góry maja ksztalt owalu. The subject of an industrial design is a bottle with a closure and a hinged flap. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - the bottle with the closure in a front view, fig. 2 - the bottle with the closure in a side view, fig. 3 - the top of the bottle is shown in the front view, fig. 4 shows the upper part of the bottle in side view, fig 5 shows the bottle with the closure in top view and fig 6 shows the bottom view of the bottle. As shown in the figure, the bottle with a closure has a spindle-shaped body which has an arched rim in the upper part of the end face and rear wall. The side walls of the bottle are provided with a pointed rib, along which the ends run parallel to each other in the shape of straight lines and inclined arches. The bottom of the bottle and the body in cross section are oval-shaped. A closure is mounted on the cylindrical neck, the base of which and the upper part of the hinged flap in the top view have the shape of an oval. Characteristic features of an industrial design A bottle with a closure equipped with a hinged flap, characterized by the fact that its body has a spindle-shaped shape, which on the side of the front wall and the rear wall has an arched rim in the upper part and its side walls are provided with a sharply ended rib. ends running parallel to each other in the shape of straight lines and arches deviating from each other and where the bottom of the bottle and the body in the cross-section have the shape of an oval, while on the cylindrical neck there is a closure, the base of which and the upper part of the flap in the top view have the shape of an oval, in cross-section the body is in the shape of an oval and the threaded neck of the bottle is in the shape of a cylinder, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 EN
