Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z aplikatorem i zamknieciem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono w widoku z przodu butelke zaopatrzona w zamkniecie, fig. 2 - przedstawiono w widoku z boku butelke zaopatrzona w zamkniecie, fig. 3 -przedstawiono górna czesc butelki w widoku od czola, fig. 4 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna, fig. 6 - przedstawiono aplikator w widoku od czola, fig. 7 - przedstawiono aplikator widoku z góry, fig. 8 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona w aplikator w widoku od czola, fig. 9 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona w aplikator w widoku z góry, fig. 10 - przedstawiono zamkniecie butelki w widoku od czola, fig. 11 - pokazano zamkniecie butelki w widoku z góry, a na fig. 12 - pokazano przekrój poprzeczny zamkniecia butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaoptrzona jest w aplikator i zamkniecie. Korpus butelki ma w górnej czesci czolowej sciany wybrzuszona lukowo powierzchnie polaczona z usytuowana ponizej skosna, lukowa sciana konczaca sie u podstawy lukowym wyobleniem tworzacym zarys jednej sciany podstawy butelki, gdzie zarys drugiej, przeciwleglej sciany podstawy butelki stanowi luk o duzym promieniu. Sciany te polaczone sa miedzy soba niewielkimi prostymi odcinkami stanowiacymi obrys plaskich scian bocznych butelki. Tylna, srodkowa czesc sciany butelki ma lukowo uksztaltowana powierzchnie przebiegajaca od wyoblenia dna butelki do wyoblenia umieszczonego w górnej czesci butelki. Górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona jest w kopulkowe zamkniecie mocowane zatrzaskowo na podstawie przewezenia górnej, czesci butelki. The industrial design registration right is valid from: 16 June 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with an applicator and closure. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle with an applicator and closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows a front view of a bottle provided with a closure, fig. 2 shows a side view of a bottle provided with a closure, fig. 3 shows the upper part of the bottle in a front view, fig. 4 shows the upper part of the bottle in a top view, fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view, fig. 6 shows the applicator in a front view, fig. 7 shows the applicator in a top view, fig. 8 shows the upper part of the bottle provided with an applicator in a front view, fig. 9 shows the upper part of the bottle provided with an applicator in a top view, fig. 10 shows the bottle closure in a front view, fig. 11 shows the bottle closure in a top view, and fig. 12 shows a cross-section of the bottle closure. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is equipped with an applicator and a closure. The bottle body has a bulging, arc-shaped surface at the top of the front wall, connected to a sloping, arc-shaped wall below it, terminating at the base in an arc-shaped recess that forms the outline of one wall of the bottle's base, while the outline of the other, opposite wall of the bottle's base forms an arc with a large radius. These walls are connected by small straight sections that form the outline of the flat side walls of the bottle. The rear, central part of the bottle wall has an arc-shaped surface extending from the curve of the bottle's bottom to the curve located in the upper part of the bottle. The upper part of the bottle is equipped with a domed closure that snaps onto the narrowing of the upper part of the bottle. Under the closure there is an applicator, provided with a cylindrical dispensing pin on the axis of symmetry and a cylindrical sponge mounted on a cylindrical surface, which rests on a cylindrical pin mounted inside the cylindrical neck of the bottle. Characteristic features of the industrial design: A bottle with an applicator and a closure, characterized in that the bottle body has in the upper part of the front wall a bulging, arched surface connected to a sloping, arched wall located below, ending at the base with an arched recess, the outline of which forms the outline of one wall of the bottle base, wherein the outline of the other, opposite wall of the bottle base is an arc with a large radius, and these walls are connected to each other by small straight sections constituting the outline of the flat side walls of the bottle, wherein the rear, central part of the bottle wall has an arc a shaped surface extending from the rounding of the bottle bottom to the rounding placed in the upper part of the bottle, which is provided with a dome-shaped closure snap-fitted to the base of the narrowing of the upper part of the bottle, under which closure an applicator is placed, provided in the axis of symmetry with a cylindrical dispensing rod and a cylindrical sponge mounted on a cylindrical surface, which rests on a cylindrical rod mounted inside the cylindrical neck of the bottle, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11 and fig. 12.
