Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, aiming at the goals aesthetic, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of its main elements outline lines of individual elements.

Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, zaopatrzona jest od góry w cylindryczna szyjke i ma wrzecionowaty korpus, który na bocznych scianach ma wydluzone wybrzuszenia o podstawie w ksztalcie splaszczonego owalu oraz mawypukle, pólkuliste powierzchnie, natomiast od strony, wyoblonej czolowej sciany ma cztery, polaczone ze soba pólkuliste wybrzuszenia. The bottle, according to an industrial design, is equipped with a top cylindrical neck and has a spindle-shaped body with side walls elongated bulges with a base in the shape of a flattened oval and have convex, hemispherical surfaces, while on the side of the convex front wall it has four interconnected hemispherical bulges.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 • przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 • shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 4 - the bottle is shown in a view from the bottom.

Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma wrzecionowaty korpus, który na bocznych scianach i i 2 ma wydluzone wybrzuszenia 3 i 4 o podstawie w ksztalcie splaszczonego owalu i ma wypukle, pólkuliste powierzchnie 5 i 6. Od strony wyoblonej czolowej sciany 7 butelka ma cztery, polaczone ze soba pólkuliste wybrzuszenia 8, 9,10, 11 , a od góry zaopatrzona jest w cylindryczna szyjke 12 ze stozkowym kolnierzem 13.
