Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, zaopatrzona jest od góry w cylindryczna szyjke i ma wrzecionowaty korpus, który na bocznych scianach ma wydluzone wybrzuszenia o podstawie w ksztalcie splaszczonego owalu oraz mawypukle, pólkuliste powierzchnie, natomiast od strony, wyoblonej czolowej sciany ma cztery, polaczone ze soba pólkuliste wybrzuszenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 • przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma wrzecionowaty korpus, który na bocznych scianach i i 2 ma wydluzone wybrzuszenia 3 i 4 o podstawie w ksztalcie splaszczonego owalu i ma wypukle, pólkuliste powierzchnie 5 i 6. Od strony wyoblonej czolowej sciany 7 butelka ma cztery, polaczone ze soba pólkuliste wybrzuszenia 8, 9,10, 11 , a od góry zaopatrzona jest w cylindryczna szyjke 12 ze stozkowym kolnierzem 13.
