Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a screw cap.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Butelka z zakretka o ksztalcie stozka scietego, wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus ma w srodkowej czesci ksztalt walca polaczonego w dolnej czesci z denna czescia o ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego górna, wieksza srednica jest nieznacznie wieksza od srednicy walca oraz ma górna czesc o oblym, stozkowym ksztalcie zaopatrzona w dwa owalne wglebienia wewnatrz których sa schodkowo ulozone, trzy lukowe wystepy i jedno kuliste wglebienie, przy czym srednica podstawy górnej czesci jest nieznacznie wieksza od srednicy walca.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z tylu. The pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the bottle is shown in a view from one side, fig. 2 - the bottle is shown in a view from the other side, fig. 3 - the bottle is shown in a front view, and in fig. 4 - the bottle is shown in a rear view.
