Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 29 marca 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z zakretka o ksztalcie stozka scietego, wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus ma w srodkowej czesci ksztalt walca polaczonego w dolnej czesci z denna czescia o ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego górna, wieksza srednica jest nieznacznie wieksza od srednicy walca oraz ma górna czesc o oblym, stozkowym ksztalcie zaopatrzona w dwa owalne wglebienia wewnatrz których sa schodkowo ulozone, trzy lukowe wystepy i jedno kuliste wglebienie, przy czym srednica podstawy górnej czesci jest nieznacznie wieksza od srednicy walca.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z tylu. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. A bottle with a cap in the shape of a truncated cone, according to the pattern, is characterized in that its body has a cylinder shape in the middle part connected in the lower part with a bottom part in the shape of a truncated cone, the upper, larger diameter of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the cylinder and has an upper part of an oval, conical shape provided with two oval recesses inside which are arranged in a stepped manner, three arc-shaped projections and one spherical recess, wherein the diameter of the base of the upper part is slightly larger than the diameter of the cylinder. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a view from one side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a view from the other side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a front view, and Fig. 4 shows bottle in back view.
