Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 19 marca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru ma korpus, który w widoku z góry i od dolu ma ksztalt owalu, natomiast w widoku z boku ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonychnaroznikach i po obu stronach bocznych scian ma owalne wglebienia, przy czym od góry pojemnik ma szyjke, która stanowi cylindryczna podstawa i cylindryczny pierscien, a od strony dna jest obwodowe owalne wybrzuszenie otaczajace wypukla owalna czesc srodkowa. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z tylu, a na fig 5 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z góry. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The container according to the design has a body that, when viewed from above and below, is oval in shape, while from the side, it is rectangular in shape with rounded corners and oval recesses on both sides of the side walls. The container has a neck at the top, which is a cylindrical base and a cylindrical ring, and at the bottom, a circumferential oval bulge surrounding a convex oval central part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the container in a back view, and Fig. 5 shows the container in a top view.
