Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru w gwintowana szyjke i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu i od tylu rzut obrysu butelki wpisuje sie w trapez równoramiennypolaczony z drugim trapezem równoramiennym za pomoca lukowego przewezenia, a jej boczne sciany maja w dolnej czesci wypukle sciany, których zewnetrzny zarys wyznacza z jednej strony lukowa linia przecinajaca butelke w srodkowej czesci i z drugiej strony lukowa linia przebiegajaca do krawedzi podstawy szyjki. Górna czesc butelki ma wklesla czesc zaopatrzona w dwie wklesle powierzchnie, które w widoku od tylnej strony butelki maja ksztalt prostokatów, których dwa krótsze boki maja ksztalt luków wypuklych na zewnatrz. W poblizu dna butelki, zarys którego wyznaczaja dwie wypuklosci i dwa trapezowe wyjecia, sa dwa obwodowe wglebienia. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono dno butelki w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke 9. W widoku z przodu i od tylu rzut obrysu butelki wpisuje sie w trapez równoramienny 1 polaczony z drugim trapezem równoramiennym 2 lukowym przewezeniem 3, a jej boczne sciany 4 maja w dolnej czesci wypukle sciany 5, których zewnetrzny zarys wyznacza z jednej strony lukowa linia 6 przecinajaca butelke w srodkowej czesci i z drugiej strony lukowa linia 7 przebiegajaca do krawedzi podstawy 8 szyjki 9. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a threaded neck and is characterized by the fact that, in front and back views, the bottle's outline forms an isosceles trapezoid connected to a second isosceles trapezoid by an arc-shaped narrowing. Its side walls have convex lower walls, the outer outline of which is defined on one side by an arc-shaped line bisecting the bottle in the middle and on the other by an arc-shaped line extending to the edge of the neck's base. The upper part of the bottle has a concave section provided with two concave surfaces, which, when viewed from the back of the bottle, are rectangular in shape, the two shorter sides of which are shaped like outwardly convex arcs. Near the bottom of the bottle, the outline of which is defined by two convexities and two trapezoidal recesses, are two circumferential recesses. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle bottom from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a threaded neck 9. In the front and back views, the outline of the bottle is inscribed in an isosceles trapezoid 1 connected to another isosceles trapezoid 2 by an arc-shaped narrowing 3, and its side walls 4 have convex walls 5 in their lower part, the outer outline of which is determined on one side by an arc-shaped line 6 intersecting the bottle in the middle part and on the other side by an arc-shaped line 7 running to the edge of the base 8 of the neck 9.
