Butelka z uchwytem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 03 sierpnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z uchwytem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z uchwytem, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z uchwytem ma korpus zlozony z wyoblonej prostopadlosciennej srodkowej czesci, dolnej czesci o ksztalcie wyoblonego ostroslupa scietego i górnej czesci o ksztalcie wyoblonego ostroslupa scietegozaopatrzonej w szyjke o ksztalcie stozka scietego. W srodkowej czesci, która jest wglebiona w stosunku do dolnej czesci i górnej czesci jest uchwyt z wybraniem o ksztalcie owalu, przy czym dolna krawedz czesci srodkowej przebiega wzdluz linii prostej, natomiast górna krawedz czesci srodkowej ma ksztalt linii lamanej. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z uchwytem w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z uchwytem w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke z uchwytem w widoku z tylu od strony uchwytu, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke z uchwytem w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z uchwytem ma korpus ± zlozony z wyoblonej prostopadlosciennej srodkowej czesci 2, dolnej czesci 3 o ksztalcie wyoblonego ostroslupa scietego i górnej czesci 4 o ksztalcie wyoblonego ostroslupa scietego zaopatrzonej w szyjke 5 o ksztalcie stozka scietego. W srodkowej czesci 2, która jest wglebiona w stosunku do dolnej czesci 3 i górnej czesci 4 jest uchwyt 6 z wybraniem 7 o ksztalcie owalu, przy czym dolna krawedz 8 czesci srodkowej 2 przebiega wzdluz linii prostej, natomiast górna krawedz 9 czesci srodkowej 2 ma ksztalt linii lamanej. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a handle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle with a handle has a body composed of a rounded cuboid central part, a lower part in the shape of a rounded truncated pyramid, and an upper part in the shape of a rounded truncated pyramid with a neck in the shape of a truncated cone. In the middle part, which is recessed relative to the lower part and upper part, there is a handle with an oval-shaped recess, the lower edge of the middle part running along a straight line, while the upper edge of the middle part is in the shape of a broken line. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a bottle with a handle viewed from one side, Fig. 2 shows a bottle with a handle viewed from the other side, Fig. 3 shows a bottle with a handle viewed from the back side of the handle, and Fig. 4 shows a bottle with a handle viewed from above. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a handle has a body composed of a rounded cuboid central part 2, a lower part 3 in the shape of a rounded truncated pyramid, and an upper part 4 in the shape of a rounded truncated pyramid provided with a neck 5 in the shape of a truncated cone.
