Zamkniecie do butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 06 kwietnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zamkniecie do butelek. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Zamkniecie do butelek wedlug wzoru ma korpus, którego obrys w widoku od przodu i od tylu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, gdzie boczne tworzace maja postac luków o duzym promieniu krzywizny. W górnej czesci korpusu jestczesci korpusu jest przykrywka polaczona z nim nierozlacznie za pomoca zawiasu, pod która jest wybranie o plaskiej powierzchni ograniczone lukowa linia. Przykrywka w widoku od góry ma ksztalt owalu , a od spodu zaopatrzona jest w stozkowy trzpien o srednicy okraglego otworu umieszczonego we wglebieniu o ksztalcie stozka scietego znajdujacego sie w glebi plaskiej, owalnej powierzchni Od spodu zamkniecie ma dwie lukowe scianki wzmocnione zebrami otaczajace okragla pierscieniowa scianke. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle closure. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle closure according to the design has a body whose outline, viewed from the front and back, is trapezoidal in shape, with the side elements forming arcs with a large radius of curvature. The upper part of the body is a cover, inseparably connected to it by a hinge, under which there is a recess with a flat surface bounded by an arc. The lid, seen from above, is oval in shape, and from below it is provided with a conical pin with the diameter of a round hole placed in a recess in the shape of a truncated cone located deep in the flat, oval surface. From below, the closure has two arched walls reinforced with ribs surrounding a round annular wall. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows the bottle closure in a front view, fig. 2 shows the bottle closure in a back view, fig. 3 shows the bottle closure in a top view, fig. 4 shows the bottle closure in a side view, fig. 5 shows the closure with an open lid in a top view, and fig. 6 shows the bottle closure in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle closure has a body 1, the outline of which in the front and back views has a shape similar to a trapezoid, where the side generatrixes are in the form of straight segments 2 and arcs 3 with a large radius of curvature. In the upper part of the body 1 there is a cover 4, inseparably connected to it by means of a hinge 5, under which there is a recess 6 with a flat surface bounded by an arc line. The cover 4 is oval in top view and is provided with a conical pin 7 from the bottom with a diameter of a round hole 8 placed in a recess 9 in the shape of a truncated cone located deep in the flat, oval surface 10.
