Zamkniecie do butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 24 czerwca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zamkniecie do butelek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek z uchylona klapka w widoku z góry.Jak pokazano na rysunku zamkniecie do butelek ma korpus zaopatrzony w uchylna klapke. W widoku z góry korpus i uchylna klapka maja ksztalt owalu, a w widoku od czola korpus wraz z klapka wpisuja sie w ksztalt trapezu. W linii polaczenia korpusu z klapka jest w jej czesci srodkowej owalne wybranie, którego jedna, pólowalna czesc umiejscowiona jest w klapce, a druga, pólowalna czesc umiejscowiona w korpusie. Pod klapka znajduje sie owalna powierzchnia zaopatrzona w srodku w okragly otwór. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of bottle closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle closure from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle closure from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle closure from the top, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle closure with a hinged flap from the top. As shown in the drawing, the bottle closure has a body equipped with a hinged flap. In the top view, the body and the hinged flap are oval in shape, while in the front view, the body and flap form a trapezoid. At the body-flap junction, there is an oval recess in its central section, with one semi-oval part located in the flap, and the other semi-oval part located in the body. Beneath the flap is an oval surface with a circular opening in its center. Characteristic features of the industrial design Bottle closure, characterized in that, in a top view, its body and the hinged flap have an oval shape, and in a front view, the body and the flap form a trapezoid shape, wherein in the dividing line, in the central part, there is an oval recess, one semi-oval part of which is located in the flap, and the other semi-oval part is located in the body, in which under the flap there is an oval surface provided with a round hole in the center, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
