Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów.Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus tworzy czolowa sciana i tylna sciana o wrzecionowatym ksztalcie. Korpus w widoku z boku ma zarys rozszerzajacego sie od klina, przy czym dolna jego czesc ma lukowe sklepienie, a jej dno ma owalny obrys, który w srodkowej czesci jest lukowo wklesly i obrzezony wypukla opaska, natomiast górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie tworzace z zarysem czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany wspólna lukowa krzywa. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok strony tylnej butelki, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 8. Korpus 1 tworzy czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 o wrzecionowatym ksztalcie. Korpus 1 w widoku z boku ma zarys rozszerzajacego sie od klina, przy czym dolna jego czesc 4 ma lukowe sklepienie 5, a jej dno 6 ma owalny obrys, który w srodkowej czesci 7 jest lukowo wklesly i obrzezony wypukla opaska 8, natomiast górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 9 tworzace z zarysem czolowej sciany 2 i tylnej sciany 3 wspólna lukowa krzywa. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body is formed by a front wall and a spindle-shaped rear wall. From a side view, the body has the outline of a widening wedge, with its lower part having an arched vault, and its bottom having an oval outline, which is concave in the middle and edged with a convex band. The upper part of the bottle is equipped with a closure that forms a common arc with the outline of the front wall and rear wall. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the front side of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows a view of the back side of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the shape of the bottle bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 8. The body 1 is formed by a front wall 2 and a spindle-shaped back wall 3. In a side view, the body 1 has the outline of a wedge widening from the front, wherein its lower part 4 has an arched vault 5, and its bottom 6 has an oval outline, which in the central part 7 is arcuately concave and edged with a convex band 8, while the upper part of the bottle is provided with a closure 9 that forms a common arc curve with the outline of the front wall 2 and the back wall 3.
