Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów.Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki tworzy czolowa sciana i tylna sciana z wglebionymi lukowo srodkowymi czesciami i wyoblonymi lukowo górnymi czesciami. W widoku z boku czolowa sciana i tylna sciana sa zaokraglone, tak, ze korpus przyjmuje ksztalt owalu, a czolowa sciana i tylna sciana zwezaja sie w kierunku owalnego dna. Dno ma obrys zblizony ksztaltem do elipsy, której srodkowa czesc jest lukowo wklesla i obrzezona wypukla opaska. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 9. Korpus i butelki tworzy czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 z wglebionymi lukowo srodkowymi czesciami 4 i wyoblonymi lukowo górnymi czesciami 5. W widoku z boku czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 sa zaokraglone, tak, ze korpus 1 przyjmuje w przekroju ksztalt owalu, a czolowa sciana (2) i tylna sciana (3) zwezaja sie w kierunku owalnego dna 6. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle is formed by a front wall and a back wall with recessed, arched middle sections and arched upper sections. In a side view, the front wall and back wall are rounded, so that the body takes on an oval shape, while the front wall and back wall taper towards an oval bottom. The bottom has an outline roughly resembling an ellipse, the central part of which is arcuately concave and edged with a convex band. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 4 shows the shape of the bottle's bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 9. The body and the bottle are formed by a front wall 2 and a rear wall 3 with arc-shaped recessed central parts 4 and arc-shaped upper parts 5. In a side view, the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 are rounded, so that the body 1 has an oval shape in cross-section, and the front wall (2) and the rear wall (3) narrow towards the oval bottom 6. The bottom 6 has an outline close to an ellipse, the central part 7 of which is arc-shaped concave and edged with a convex band 8.
