Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a bottle with a closure with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt i jest utworzony przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane, które w górnej czesci zwezaja sie lukami w kierunku zamkniecia i lukami w kierunku podstawy zaopatrzonej w lukowe sklepienie, przy czym butelka ma wklesle dno o ksztalcie owalu obrzezone eliptyczna opaska a w widoku z boku ma ksztalt tepo zakonczonego klina.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok tylnej strony butelki, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki.
