Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a bottle with a closure with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyposazona jest w zamkniecie z uchylna klapka i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma wrzecionowaty korpus o przekroju w ksztalcie owalu, rozszerzajacy sie w dolnej czesci, utworzony przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane o wyoblonej górnej czesci i wkleslej dolnej czesci, gdzie jedna boczna sciana ma trzy owalne wglebienia pokryte skosnymi, wypuklymi owalnymi wystepami, a druga boczna sciana ma jedno owalne wglebienie pokryte skosnymi, wypuklymi wystepami, przy czym dno butelki ma ksztalt owalu i ma wklesla srodkowa czesc o ksztalcie owalu, obrzezona wypukla opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok jednej bocznej strony butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 3 - przedstawiono widok drugiej bocznej strony butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Korpus 3 butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt o przekroju w ksztalcie owalu, rozszerzajacy sie w dolnej czesci, utworzony przez czolowa sciane 4 i tylna sciane 5 o wyoblonej górnej czesci i wkleslej dolnej czesci. Boczna sciana 6 ma trzy owalne wglebienia 7 pokryte skosnymi, wypuklymi owalnymi wystepami 8, a boczna sciana 9 ma jedno owalne wglebienie 7 pokryte skosnymi, wypuklymi wystepami 8.
