Butelka z zamknieciem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 16 czerwca 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyposazona jest w zamkniecie z uchylna klapka i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma wrzecionowaty korpus o przekroju w ksztalcie owalu, rozszerzajacy sie w dolnej czesci, utworzony przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane o wyoblonej górnej czesci i wkleslej dolnej czesci, gdzie jedna boczna sciana ma trzy owalne wglebienia pokryte skosnymi, wypuklymi owalnymi wystepami, a druga boczna sciana ma jedno owalne wglebienie pokryte skosnymi, wypuklymi wystepami, przy czym dno butelki ma ksztalt owalu i ma wklesla srodkowa czesc o ksztalcie owalu, obrzezona wypukla opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok jednej bocznej strony butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 3 - przedstawiono widok drugiej bocznej strony butelki wraz z zamknieciem, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 1 z uchylna klapka 2. PL PLBottle with a Closure. The industrial design registration right is effective from: 16 June 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The bottle according to the industrial design is equipped with a closure with a hinged flap and is characterized in that it has a spindle-shaped body with an oval cross-section, widening in the lower part, formed by a front wall and a rear wall with a rounded upper part and a concave lower part, where one side wall has three oval recesses covered with oblique, convex oval projections, and the other side wall has one oval recess covered with oblique, convex projections, the bottom of the bottle is oval-shaped and has a concave central part in the shape of an oval, edged with a convex band.
