Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt i jest utworzony przez czolowa sciane i tylna sciane, które w czesci srodkowej sa lukowo taliowane krzywa tworzaca na bocznych wyoblonych na zewnatrz scianach wydluzony obwód o zarysie elipsy. Cala powierzchnia scian bocznych zaopatrzona jest w wystepy o ksztalcie pólkul, przy czym korpus w widoku z góry ma ksztalt czesci srodkowej zblizony do owalu zakonczonego lukowymi sklepieniami, a jego wklesle dno o ksztalcie owalu obrzezone jest eliptyczna opaska.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok tylnej strony butelki, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle has a spindle shape and is formed by a front wall and a rear wall, which are arc-shaped in the middle, forming an elongated, elliptical circumference on the side walls, which are rounded on the outside. The entire surface of the side walls is provided with hemispherical projections, while the body, in a top view, has a central part shaped like an oval with arched vaults, and its concave oval bottom is edged with an elliptical band. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the view of the front side of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows the view of the back side of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the shape of the bottle bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure. The body 1 of the bottle has a spindle-shaped shape and is formed by a front wall 2 and a rear wall, which in their central part are arc-shaped, forming a curve 4 that forms an elongated perimeter with an ellipse-shaped outline 7 on the side walls 5 and 6, which are curved outwards. The entire surface of the walls 5 and § is provided with projections 8 in the shape of hemispheres, while the body 1 in the top view has a shape of the central part close to an oval 9 topped with arched vaults 10, and its concave oval-shaped bottom H is edged with an elliptical band 12.
