Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów.Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki tworza czolowa sciana i tylna sciana zaopatrzone w srodkowej czesci w ksztaltowa powierzchnie ograniczona od góry paraboliczna krzywa, a od dolu lukowa krzywa. W widoku z boku butelka ma trzy owalne wglebienia i plaska powierzchnie o ksztalcie zblizonym do lukowo zakonczonego trójkata równoramiennego o ramionach w ksztalcie luków i gdzie srodkowe powierzchnie czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany sa do siebie równolegle, a ich górne odcinki sa zakrzywione wzdluz luku, który laczy sie z innym lukiem, az do styku z szyjka zaopatrzona w zamkniecie. PL PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from: 22 July 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a closure. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle is formed by a front wall and a rear wall, each provided with a shaped surface in the middle, bounded by a parabolic curve at the top and an arc-shaped curve at the bottom. In side view, the bottle has three oval recesses and a flat surface roughly resembling an isosceles triangle with arc-shaped arms, where the central surfaces of the front wall and rear wall are parallel to each other, and their upper sections curve along an arc that connects with another arc until it meets the neck fitted with a closure. The lower part of the central surface of the front wall and rear wall terminates in an arc that merges into a straight section until it reaches a rectangular bottom, the two longer sides of which are arcs and which is surrounded by a semicircular band and has a spherically concave central section. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle, fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, fig. 3 shows the bottle in a top view, fig. 4 shows the shape of the bottle bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 18. The bottle body 1 is formed by a front wall 2 and a rear wall 3 provided in the middle part with a shaped surface limited from the top by a parabolic curve 4 and from the bottom by an arc-shaped curve 5, wherein in a side view the bottle has three oval recesses 15 and a flat surface 16 with a shape similar to an isosceles triangle with arc-shaped arms 17 and wherein the middle surfaces of the front wall g and the rear wall 3 are parallel to each other and their upper sections are curved along the arc 6 which connects with the arc 7 until it contacts the neck 8 provided with a closure 18. The lower part of the middle surface of the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 is terminated with an arc 9, which turns into a straight section 10, up to the bottom U with a rectangular outline, the two longer sides 12 of which are arcs and which is edged with a semicircular band 13 and has a spherically concave central part 14.
