Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów.Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki tworzy czolowa sciana i tylna sciana o ksztalcie tepo zakonczonego klina. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana w widoku z boku nieznacznie rozszerzaja sie klinowo w kierunku od dna o ksztalcie owalu, którego srodkowa czesc jest wklesla i obrzezona pólokragla owalna opaska w strone do pólowalnego sklepienia, na którym spoczywa owalna nasada zaopatrzona w walcowa szyjke i zamkniecie o ksztalcie stozka scietego o podstawie owalu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki, fig. 5 - przedstawiono fragment butelki z zamknieciem w widoku od czola, a na fig. 6 - przedstawiono fragment butelki z zamknieciem w widoku z tylu. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 7. Korpus 1 butelki tworzy czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 o ksztalcie tepo zakonczonego klina. Sciany 2 i 3 w widoku z boku nieznacznie rozszerzaja sie klinowo w kierunku od dna 4 o ksztalcie owalu, którego srodkowa czesc 5 jest wklesla i obrzezona pólokragla owalna opaska 6 w strone do pólowalnego sklepienia 10, na którym spoczywa owalna nasada 8 zaopatrzona w walcowa szyjke 9 i zamkniecie 7 o ksztalcie stozka scietego o podstawie owalu. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle is formed by a front wall and a rear wall in the shape of a blunt wedge. In a side view, the front wall and rear wall slightly widen in a wedge-like manner from an oval-shaped bottom, the central part of which is concave and edged with a semi-circular oval band, towards a semi-oval arch, on which rests an oval base with a cylindrical neck and a truncated cone-shaped closure with an oval base. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the front side of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows a top view of the bottle, Fig. 4 shows the shape of the bottle bottom, Fig. 5 shows a fragment of the bottle with a closure in a front view, and Fig. 6 shows a fragment of the bottle with a closure in a back view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 7. The bottle body 1 is formed by a front wall 2 and a back wall 3 in the shape of a blunt wedge. The walls 2 and 3 in the side view slightly widen in a wedge-like manner towards the oval-shaped bottom 4, the central part of which 5 is concave and surrounded by a semi-circular oval band 6, towards the semi-oval vault 10, on which rests an oval base 8 provided with a cylindrical neck 9 and a closure 7 in the shape of a truncated cone with an oval base.
