Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z aplikatorem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z aplikatorem w formie recznej pompki, wedlug wzoru ma wrzecionowaty korpus o przekroju wydluzonego owalu, zawierajacy w górnej czesci kryze w formie nakladki na korpus, której dolne krawedzie maja ksztalt wypuklej lukowej krzywej i wkleslej krzywej, przy czym boczny zarys korpusu tworzy wypuklakrzywa oraz wklesla krzywa laczaca sie z pobocznica owalnego dna. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z aplikatorem w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z aplikatorem w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke bez aplikatora w widoku od strony jednego boku, na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke bez aplikatora w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig. 5 - przedstawiono odwzorowanie dna butelki, a na fig. 6 - przedstawiono kontur przekroju poprzecznego butelki w jej najszerszym miejscu. Korpus 3 butelki ma wrzecionowaty ksztalt o przekroju wydluzonego owalu 4, zawierajacy w górnej czesci kryze 5 w formie nakladki na korpus 3, której dolne krawedzie maja ksztalt wypuklej lukowej krzywej 6 i 7 i wkleslej krzywej 8, przy czym boczny zarys korpusu 3 tworzy wypukla krzywa 9 oraz wklesla krzywa 10 laczaca sie z pobocznica 11 owalnego dna 12. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with an applicator, with aesthetic qualities manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the basic contour lines of the individual elements. The bottle with a hand-pump applicator, according to the design, has a spindle-shaped body with an elongated oval cross-section, containing a flange in the upper part in the form of a body cap, the lower edges of which are shaped as a convex arc and a concave curve, with the lateral outline of the body formed by a convex curve and a concave curve connecting with the side of the oval bottom. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows a bottle with an applicator in a front view, fig. 2 shows a bottle with an applicator in a back view, fig. 3 shows a bottle without an applicator in a view from one side, fig. 4 shows a bottle without an applicator in a view from the other side, fig. 5 shows a representation of the bottom of the bottle, and fig. 6 shows the contour of the cross-section of the bottle at its widest point. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has an applicator 1 mounted on a cylindrical, threaded neck 2. The body 3 of the bottle has a spindle-shaped shape with a cross-section of an elongated oval 4, containing in the upper part a flange 5 in the form of an overlay on the body 3, the lower edges of which have the shape of a convex arc-shaped curve 6 and 7 and a concave curve 8, while the side outline of the body 3 is formed by a convex curve 9 and a concave curve 10 connecting with the side surface 11 of the oval bottom 12.
