Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka z zamknieciem zaopatrzonym w zawiasowa klapke, wedlug wzoru ma wrzecionowaty korpus o przekroju wydluzonego owalu, zawierajacy w górnej czesci kryze w formie nakladki na korpus, której dolne krawedzie maja ksztalt wypuklej lukowej krzywej i wkleslej krzywej, przy czym boczny zarys korpusu tworzy wypukla krzywa oraz wklesla krzywa laczaca sie z pobocznica owalnego dna.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke z zamknieciem w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig. 5 - przedstawiono odwzorowanie dna butelki, a na fig. 6 - przedstawiono kontur przekroju poprzecznego butelki w jej najszerszym miejscu. A bottle with a closure equipped with a hinged flap, according to the pattern, has a spindle-shaped body with an elongated oval cross-section, containing in the upper part a flange in the form of an overlay for the body, the lower edges of which have the shape of a convex arched curve and a paste curve, with the side contour of the body forming a convex curve and concave curve connecting with the side of the oval bottom. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the bottle is shown with the closure in a front view, fig. 2 - the bottle is shown with the closure in the rear view, fig. 3 - a bottle with the closure in a view from one side, fig. 4 - the bottle with the closure in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - a representation of the bottom of the bottle, and fig. 6 - a contour of the cross-section of the bottle at its widest point.
