Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów.Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zamkniecie. Korpus butelki tworzy czolowa sciana i tylna sciana o wrzecionowatym ksztalcie. Korpus w widoku z boku ma zarys prostokata, a boczne jego krawedzie maja wklesle taliowanie, przy czym dno ma owalny obrys, a jego srodkowa czesc jest lukowo wklesla i obrzezona wypukla opaska. Górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie tworzace z zarysem czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany wspólna lukowa krzywa. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono widok strony czolowej butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawiono widok strony tylnej butelki, fig3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 8. Korpus 1 butelki tworzy czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 o wrzecionowatym ksztalcie. Korpus 1 w widoku z boku ma zarys prostokata, a boczne jego krawedzie 4 maja wklesle taliowanie, przy czym dno 5 ma owalny obrys, a jego srodkowa czesc 6 jest lukowo wklesla i obrzezona wypukla opaska 7, natomiast górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie 8 tworzace z zarysem czolowej sciany 2 i tylnej sciany 3 wspólna lukowa krzywa. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a closure, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a closure. The body of the bottle is formed by a front wall and a spindle-shaped rear wall. From a side view, the body has a rectangular outline, and its lateral edges have a concave waistline, while the bottom has an oval outline, and its central part is arcuately concave and edged with a convex band. The upper part of the bottle is equipped with a closure, forming a common arcuate curve with the outline of the front wall and rear wall. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows the back view of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the shape of the bottle bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a closure 8. The body of the bottle 1 is formed by the front wall 2 and the back wall 3 of a spindle shape.
